Rick and Morty Season 4 | What Is Evil Morty's Plan?

I think he wanted C137 to free all the mortys, creating an abundance of mortys for the citadel, implanting himself in the citadel, and becoming president of it. He is cold and calculating after all.

Maybe his plan is to stop the rick kind to stop messing up every for every morty lives

In season 4 they should do a background story for evil morty I think that would be cool and he could talk about how Rick abandoned him and he's out to seek revenge

I know this isn't exactly about evil Morty all together, but I have a theory of my own that no one else seems to notice. In episode 301 we see Rick watching as Diane and Beth are blown up by a bomb, presumably left by another Rick, and then afterwards Rick frantically goes to reconstruct the portal gun where he fabricated that code to trick Daniel. He even tells them that is the exact memory other than the code. It is presumed that when Beth and Diane were killed, Rick rebuilt the portal gun to go find another reality where they are still alive. I think he went to a reality where evil Morty was born and eventually became too smart for Rick to control so he again move to another reality, c-137, where a Rick had previously abandoned Beth and he used it as the opportunity to come back into her life. He is now trying to fix his mistake he made with evil Morty by working so closely with our Morty. The real question is, why did the other Rick find it so important for our Rick to have a portal gun?

In Rick and Morty nothing is what is seems. Evil morty being the original morty is way to simple for this show. My theory is that its Jerry in Mortys body getting revenge on Rick.

What if Evil Morty has no relation to Rick C-137 and just saw him as an easy patsy to blame the murders on? It would fit in with the shows theme that nothing matters. He could be from a universe where his Rick was stupid and Evil Morty was intelligent. Maybe he figured out how many of the Ricks are treating Mortys and was himself treated horribly by Ricks he encountered and grew to hate them. So then he started abducting them, downloading the contents of their brain, and then using them as puppets to hop dimensions undetected by other Ricks. I know you have "doofus Rick" and "tall Morty" from both Evil Morty episodes. Maybe that's a hint.

Evil Morty is dead ass the best character in the show on threat alone.

Ya in the end credits scene Rick says that place will never have any baring over our lives again which means it obviously will

I’d love to see evil morty maybe get a redemption arc after the main story is finished

Perhaps, Evil Morty has a similar backstory to myself. See, as a kid, my mom often taught me things about how to make money, cheat the system (to an extent), and take advantage of other people. She'd have me do things like go to a garage sale with her and get a deal on an item that she wouldn't be able to and pay the garage sale guy.

This also taught me unintentional how to sell things to people and get what I want (often money or to sell something) to others at or near the price I want. As a kid, for example, I sold a stuffed animal that was monster themed at a garage sale to another kid for $20 by pointing out he could torture his little sister with it because I noticed it scared her and her friends. I got my $20 in paid in full and he got to torture his sister with that stuffed animal. I still make deals sometimes and sometimes still will team up as needed. I've sold two TVs that I won for free as an adult as well, thanks you, Craigslist!!!
Maybe one of the Ricks was similar to my mother, except with science instead of money and deals, and taught Evil Morty all about his science-based stuff and how to manipulate people so the Morty could protect himself. If Evil Morty saw what the other Ricks were doing after he lost his own Rick somehow, that would naturally annoy him, if not piss him off. Thus, Evil Morty would probably want to give the defenseless (by comparison) Mortys an edge against manipulative Ricks that would only otherwise use them as human shields.
