This game yes, is like smash, but is also heavily influenced by brawlhalla. With dodge dashing jump dodging, multiple jumps, wall sliding; mechanical similarities are apparent.
The default controls are the same as MK which makes sense since it’s a WB game
So, I know it's probably more helpful for the enemies to be recolored. But is that optional? I've seen gameplay without it and I'm just curious.

I play brawlhalla so I adapted to this game pretty fast. I instinctively dodge jumped too. However, the tutorials def help newcomers and veterans alike to this games new mechanics.

Man I've been absolutely loving this game. It lacks the Nintendo polish that smash bros has, but personally I just feel like the game flows better. Everything feels super responsive and I don't feel like I've ever been bullshitted by weird mechanics, something I experienced a lot In smash. Also, the netcode is much, much better.

One of the things that helped me is Switching the Side and Neutral attacks. in The air the Nairs feel like Nairs but on the ground the Neutral attacks felt like an f-tilt or f-smash so I switched it. Plus I use the attack stick function and you can click the stick to do neutral attacks as well.
Didn’t know this game was f2p I thought it cost money lol I’m about to try it out now
ive been on keyboard and mouse and have been playing for ab a week and have been stuck with my currents setting and cant get out of it
I've also bound neutral attack to R1 but I think it would be better if we were given the option to have neutral attack and attack completely separate. Neutral attack can still be activated by pressing the attack command, which messes up my flow sometimes. Doesn't even matter if I swap side with neutral it always bothers me.

Multiversus is a great game imo but also i feel likem there are many things they gotta work on that could kill the game, thankfully the game is still in beta. But ngl the server lag gets annoying
For Completing the Knockback tutorial on the pc all you have to do is that once wonderwomen hit you just click on alt + tab and you will not be knocked all the way outside of the stage
